Paid Delivery Service
Sunday and Public Holiday
For Sunday Delivery and Public holiday,a surcharge of $20.00 will be applicable. If such reimbursement is not made, the delivery service provider may withhold the delivery
If delivery is to be made within 3 hours after confirmation, there will be an additional charge of $30.00. Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. Please call us.We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.
Specific Time Frame Delivery (30min)
If delivery is to be made within a short time frame (e.g. 2pm to 2.30pm). Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. The additional charge for on the dot delivery is $25.00 Please call us.We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.
Charges for Sentosa & Certain Areas
If delivery is to be made to the following areas,
• Sentosa Island
• Airport Cargo Complex
• Airline Road
• All Army camps
• Jurong Island, Tuas, Gul Road, & Pioneer Road
• All PSA Ports including Singapore Cruise Centre
• Sembawang Shipyard
a surcharge of $20.00 will be applicable. If such reimbursement is not made, the delivery service provider may withhold the delivery.
Redirection of Delivery
For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of $15.00 is applicable. If such reimbursement is not made, the delivery service provider may withhold the delivery
We promise to make every effort to deliver your order on time.
We will not be liable for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:
• Erroneous address given.
• Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
• No valid/ invalid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to deliver the order successfully.
Sender’s/ Customer’s Responsibility
We will not contact the recipient unless we were instructed or we encountered problems finding the delivery location or the recipient. If there is no phone number provided on the order form, We will still attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date/time. If the recipient is not at the given location when the delivery is made, we will either leave the gift with the neighbour [if neighbour is around] or leave it at the front door.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not allowed once order is made.
Our Substitution Policy
We understand that it is of utmost important for your gift to be delivered on time; hence substitution with similar items of equivalent or higher value may occur when necessary. We will ensure substitutions would be done professionally without affecting the overall presentation in term of overall shape, size, style and colour combination.
Our Refund policy
Customer shall have no right to any refund (or exchange) for payment made for service once order has been placed. However, for instances where the customer feels that a refund is justifiable, the customer may submit a written request for refund to the management.
Limitation of Liability:
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, our liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the willful act or gross negligence of thatflowershop or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.
The customer shall not seek from us the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.
We reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion.
