What’s the cut-off time for same-day flower delivery in Singapore?
Orders placed before 5pm qualify for FREE same-day delivery across Singapore. For urgent gifting after 5pm or wee hours. Call Us.
Do you offer free flower delivery in Singapore?
Yes — we offer free islandwide flower delivery for orders above $80. Standard delivery fee for orders below that is $15. Surcharges apply for Sentosa, Tuas, Changi Airport and selected hospital wards.
Which areas of Singapore do you deliver to?
We deliver to every area of Singapore — Orchard, Marina Bay, CBD, Tampines, Jurong, Woodlands, Sentosa, Changi and everywhere in between. We also deliver to major hospitals including Mount Elizabeth, SGH, NUH and Raffles.
Can I schedule flower delivery for a specific time?
Yes. You can choose from 2 delivery windows during checkout: 0900- 1730hrs, or 1800- 2200hrs. Specific 1-hour slots are available for a small additional fee.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our delivery team will call or message the recipient upon arrival. If they’re unavailable, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe location (guardhouse, reception, concierge) and send you a photo confirmation. You can also request re-delivery to a different address for a small additional fee.
Do you provide a freshness guarantee?
Absolutely. If your flowers arrive below standard, wilted, or damaged, we’ll replace them within 24 hours at no extra cost. Just email us a photo of the arrangement and we’ll arrange a re-delivery.
